- Information you give us , data you submit via the contact form (full name, organisation, email address, telephone number, enquiry type and message).
- Information collected automatically , standard server logs (IP address, browser user agent, referring page, date/time of visit) and anonymised analytics data via Google Analytics.

- To respond to licensing, wholesale and general enquiries.
- To send you information you have specifically requested.
- To maintain and improve the performance and security of this website.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
4. Lawful basis
We process your personal information on the basis of your consent (by submitting the contact form), our legitimate interest in running a business, and where required, compliance with law.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. Personal information is only accessed by authorised WagnBone personnel and the limited service providers that help us run the site:
- Our website hosting provider (to keep the site online).

- Our email provider (to deliver and receive enquiry correspondence).

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably required to conclude the enquiry and for a further period to support audit, tax and dispute-resolution purposes. Anonymised analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ default settings.

We take appropriate, reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, interference, modification or disclosure. No internet-based service can be guaranteed 100% secure and you share information with us at your own risk.
8. Your rights under POPIA
Subject to conditions in the Act, you are entitled to:

- Request correction or deletion of personal information that is inaccurate or no longer required.
- Object to the processing of your personal information.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
